Helping women make sense of their experiences, understand themselves more deeply, and create meaningful change.

Support for relationship patterns, relational trauma, and self-worth

Healing Begins With Understanding

At Made For This Counseling, we don't just focus on managing symptoms, we take the time to understand the deeper patterns beneath them. The way we think, feel, and respond often developed for a reason. Our experiences and relationships shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and navigate the world around us.

Therapy offers the opportunity to slow down, connect the dots from past to present, and better understand yourself with curiosity and compassion. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, uncover what's keeping you stuck, and create new ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more authentic, secure, and aligned with who you are.

Founder + Therapist

I help women reconnect with themselves and feel more confident and aligned within themselves and their relationships.

I work with women who are navigating:

  • people-pleasing, codependency, and self-doubt

  • perfectionism, lack of fulfillment, never feeling enough, and the inner critic

  • navigating life transitions or identity shifts

  • parental/attachment or unhealthy relationship wounds

Together, we'll spend time reflecting and exploring how your experiences have made you, you. Rather than judging the parts of yourself that have adapted to cope with stress and pain, we'll work to understand them with curiosity and compassion while exploring what feels authentically you.

Therapy with me isn’t just about coping, it’s about meaningful transformation. Together, we’ll slow down, explore what feels misaligned, what patterns are no longer serving you, and what it means to live in a way that feels true to who you are.

Whatever brings you here, therapy can be a space where you don't have to perform, please, achieve, or hold everything together.

You can simply be yourself.

What We Can Work Toward →

Therapy isn't about becoming a completely different person.

It's about becoming your full authentic self and learning to stay connected to yourself as you grow, change, and move through new seasons of life.

Brainspotting Therapy: Sometimes, Change Requires More Than Talking

Talk therapy can be incredibly valuable.

But sometimes, you can understand something logically and still feel stuck emotionally.

Brainspotting is one of the tools I may incorporate into our work to help you access and process experiences that may be difficult to reach through words alone.

We will always move at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for you. Brainspotting isn't something you have to do, it's simply one approach I can draw from when it feels like it may support your healing.
